Web3 Internship Program - Monad Builder Camp

This is a co learning and builder program for Web3 newcomers, early stage builders, developers, operators, researchers, content creators, and community contributors. The program is designed as a practical path from learning to building: 3 weeks of intensive co learning + 1 week hackathon + 1 week opportunity matching and portfolio building. Participants will start from Web3 fundamentals, move into on chain interaction, smart contract practice, AI assisted development, and Monad testnet exploration, then turn what they learn into demos, Build Logs, and verifiable Proof of Work. This is not a passive lecture series. The goal is to help participants understand how Web3 works, complete real tasks on chain, build something small but concrete, and prepare a portfolio that can support future collaboration, internship, ecosystem, or project opportunities.
